Rob Poulos is an unlikely diet hero. Having struggled throughout his entire life with weight issues, few people would have guessed that he would end up the author of one of the most popular diet and fitness programs available. But after years of yoyo dieting and weight gain frustration exacerbated by illness, Poulos stumbled upon an exercise method that, combined with a smart diet, worked for him.
